Botlane is founder-run. I read your first message, and I design and build your project and hand it over to you.
I've worked in web development, digital marketing and online businesses. I've also worked in construction-material trading: procurement, logistics and getting materials where they need to be.
Both taught me the same thing. Work gets lost between tools: an enquiry sits unread in an inbox, a follow-up lives in someone's head, a call never makes it into the sheet. Botlane closes those gaps with a website that answers and simple systems that connect the tools you already use. Not more software: the software you have, working together.
No account managers, no hand-offs: one person who knows your business end to end.
Botlane is also new, and I say so. Until client projects launch, the Work page shows concept sites for made-up businesses, each clearly labelled.

Fixed scope, in writing
What's included, the revision rounds, the timeline and the price are agreed before any work starts. Anything new is quoted first.
Paid in stages
You pay for one stage at a time, and each starts once its payment clears. Never everything up front.
Yours to keep
Domain, code and every account are in your name. Running costs are billed at cost, in your name.
Honest by default
No made-up reviews, client logos or numbers, on your site or on ours. If something can't be promised, we don't promise it.
Systems, not just pages
We design what happens after someone gets in touch: the reply, the follow-up, and where every enquiry is kept.
No lock-in
Your code and accounts are yours, so anyone can take over later. You stay because it works, not because you're stuck.
